Buying your home


After meeting with you and learning about the type of home you’re looking for, you’ll see homes that closely match your criteria. We search for listed properties, off-market properties, and we send you automated alerts of new listings so you’re aware of them quickly as they come on the market. Once under contract, we follow a 50-point checklist to keep things on track all the way to closing.

In addition to homes we find for you, you'll have your own profile on our site where you can search and save homes you find appealing. We'll tour homes together, virtually or in person, following CDC guidelines and federal, state and local executive orders.

We help you write the offer, and once it's accepted, follow a thorough checklist, including regular communication with the lender and attorney, to guide you to closing.
