Tracy has always been passionate about two things: design and coastal living. Growing up on North Carolina’s coast, she spent her childhood in boats, on beaches, and clamming in Bogue Sound.

As lead home stager and designer, Tracy works with clients to stage occupied homes, vacant homes, and vacation rentals. She’s earned a reputation for creating sophisticated spaces that feel clean, spacious, and stylish. Tracy’s touches include cozy textures, colors inspired by nature, and natural materials like seagrass. She has a proven knack for making homes look amazing wherever people see them. Homes staged by Tracy have sold in an average of seven days.

In her 20 years designing digital content for global organizations like PwC, Conservation International, and Intel, she realized that the same techniques used to grab attention and change behavior in the corporate world work equally well in real estate. She uses these design principles when working with clients and in her own real estate investing and decorating.

Another of Tracy’s specialties is finding homes with uncovered potential and converting them into 5-star vacation rentals. She also loves the challenge of transforming a cluttered space using the principles of light, symmetry, and repetition.
